Feedback  I had a leak at my house and Maintenance Top up came and repaired the leak and fitted in the taps. Overall they did a good job but they swapped the taps because the blue dot is for cold water but that is the one they put for hot water and it's confusing. I called him to come and rectify the mistake but until now he hasn't pitched.

Renovator

Description  He installed 3 counter top areas measuring approximately 3.5m x .60m with cutout for single sink; 2.7m x .60 & 1m x .60 (corner); 1.9m x .60 with cutout for 4 plate countertop hob; in Caesarstone/composite/or similar

Feedback  I chose Titus for the job which is satisfactorily finished. The job cost slightly more than initially quoted but we did ask for other things to be done. Titus and his team knew what they were doing, pointed out the difficulties and ways to solve them, told us what and why they were doing things and cleaned up after themselves. Description  My electrical distribution board was hanging loose due to the old plaster work that started to crumble. Titus and his team re-plastered the area around the the DB box and affixed the DB to the wall.

Feedback  The workmanship was neat, they cleaned the area very well afterwards and it looks great overall.

Description  He fixed a short circuit with my outside lights. Then pulled the electricity from a box outside into the house for the WiFi connection
