Trim and Cut some large trees,/ Possible Transplant of some Palm trees

I have one tree that needs to be removed above my pool. A palm tree thats about to fall in. I have another smaller tree almost bush. Then I have a few stumps. My gardener removed the trees but left the stumps. I would say this is a hlaf day job. I dont want to pay per item but for the time.
