He is really transparent in terms of his quotation and he tries to spare me money by letting me buy the products myself, he gave me a list and he went to Universal to collect everything, I really recommend him. If I have any problems I call him. He has painted my other properties. I just trust him, I give him the keys to the properties and tell him to sort it out and I did not even go check because I know he has done the job.
