Feedback  I saw Andrew on google and Facebook and he had good reviews so I hired him. He did wall construction, palisade fence installation and painting at my house amongst other things. His work was sufficient I doubt I would have found anyone else better than him. From the onset, he was professional from the way he communicated with me telephonically until he finished the job. His price for service was good, I can definitely recommend him.

Description  Andrew brown from Randburg carport was to build a retainer wall and put clear view on top of wall

Feedback  He was to do a 30 m retainer wall of 3 4 layers of brick, he built with 2 layers and no foundation. He stopped at 19 me and about 11 m I had to complete my wall and he paid juat over 5K for the materials, I had to do ALL the running around for the martial

Feedback  Took the money, no job done, Andrew then informed us that he'd return the money, which to date NOTHING!!! No Boom - I guess the name says it all FREEZE BURN!! clearly takes money and runs with no remorse. VERY ANGRY!! as all Andrew does is chit chat but no job carried out. the only job carried out, is take the money.

Description  Carport, paving, and maintenance work

Feedback  I met with Andrew (Freeze Burn / Swift Thermo Dynamics of which the company is currently under deregistration) and accepted his quote dated November 26th; 2021 to date there is much more damage to my property than actual work done. To put this into perspective, Andrew was asked to extend and repair a carport. Quote was accepted and deposit paid on November 27th, 2021. Work commenced December 4th; 2021 and Andrew recommended that replacing the entire carport and redo the paving. Again I agreed and made the deposit for additional materials, etc. The old carport and paving were stripped and my home looked like full on construction site. Work was interrupted with rain, Andrew had some family issues I was told, and it was stop start and more materials were required, and deposits for all of this were made. Andrew and his team putting up the carport and damaging my electric fence as they went along. As a layman I could notice their workmanship was terrible, and in no way came across to me as he knew what he was doing. Then the most alarming thing transpired, a supplier of Andrews pitched up my place asking for all the materials that was delivered because Andrew has not paid for it. I was alarmed and showed him all the deposits to Andrew which were made for materials. We immediately contacted Andrew who was supposed to meet us on site, but failed to pitch as on many previous occasions as well. Finally Andrew called, the supplier asking him to complete the carport and he will pay for the costs. Supplier began work on repairing and redoing most of Andrews shoddy work and finally the work seemed to be getting done, when a cement truck delivered concrete which was barely enough to cement half the paving, and a 2 of Andrews workers came to patch up the concrete with ready mixed concrete, which was a complete mess. Not only do I have cracked and non existing paving I have a damaged gate track for my access gate. As the rains picked up in January/February the leaks and poor workmanship on the carports were evident. There are more leaks on the carport than prior to the project (not a single leak before starting). I was then also contacted by guys that worked for Andrew complaining that they have not been paid for their labor, and that there are many unhappy customers of Andrews. To date I basically have leaking carports, that looks like it will collapse when rainy seasons starts and no paving. I have spent another huge sum repairing the electric fence and gate track. I have had no other option to begin legal proceedings against Andrew. A humble warning not to go anywhere near Andrew - Freeze Burn (Swift Thermo Dynamics), etc.

Description  Nothing.

Feedback  Freeze burn was supposed to come and do some welding work for me. He was supposed to come on a Wednesday but he never pitched up or communicated. I then send him a message and rescheduled for Saturday but he never came again. He kept on moving dates and l was the one to communicate first to him until we agreed that he should refund me because he was a scam. I told him that l was going to give him a negative review then he threatened me saying that if l tarnish his name l was going to hear from his lawyers.

Feedback  Freeze Burn Consulting (PTY) LTD, Andrew Brown quoted R100 000 to install a double garage carport with brickwork, automated garage door, Clear View fencing and 2 automated gates. Job awarded to Andrew Brown and agreed to be completed and passed as per approved plan. To date R70 000 paid. Review will be updated based on progress. Progress report to date: Week 1  21.01.2022 – deposit paid  24.01.2022 – work officially started  25.01.2022 – started removal of old fencing  27.01.2022 – started building of 1st garage wall Week 2  01.02.2022 – completed 1st wall and 2nd wall started  02.02.2022 – additional building materials arrived, and poles planted for fencing  07.02.2022- partial plastering of walls & installation of one gate rail, with partial Clear Vu fencing. Description  Andrew was contracted to build two wooden and steel fences for our two rental flats on our property.

Feedback  The quote was a 3-5 day job. We are on day 15 and Andrew has not finished the work. What has been constructed has been done so shoddily, incorrectly and not in accordance with the quote. He blatantly lies to us about completing the work , he does not come to site as promised, nor does he send his crew, as promised. I would not recommend him for any work.

Description  Andrew had 5 jobs to complete for me. 1. An electric fence, which he installed well and to my satisfaction. (he subcontracted the work so technically it wasn't his company that did it.) 2. Planting instant lawn, which he also installed well, albeit he took longer than he should've. 3. He built a carport that was not 100% satisfactory. The finishing was not neat. He then told me he could make it neater with different material, for which I had to pay R6936 extra, and so I did, but he did not finish the job and the extra material was never delivered. 4. He also had to install a 45m fence for which I paid a R18 271 deposit but again he never delivered the material and his people came to dig holes for the fence and never returned. 5. I paid R22 000 as a deposit for access control and cctv installation which he has not done. Everyday he would tell me his workman are coming but they never did. I eventually told him I want a refund of all the deposits I paid but he still has not refunded me. He keeps telling me he will send the proof of payment. In short, Andrew Brown is not trustworthy nor reliable. He has lied to me countless times.

Feedback  Andrew is generally friendly. But he is not trustworthy nor reliable. On countless occasion he would tell me his team is on its way but they would never show. He owes me about R47 200 in deposits.

Feedback  I used Andrew to do CCTV cameras installation at my house. He came on time, did the work, and finished on time. His workmanship is good, he delivers according to specifications, and there were no comebacks. His work is quality, and he educated me about the system. His prices are reasonable, and I recommend him to others.

Feedback  After a referral from my sister, I engaged Andrew to build a concrete wall around my pool and he did it fantastically. The work done was good and during the course of the job, he was also very professional.

Feedback  Promises to pay back and never does, he has told me on several occasions he has paid. When confronted he has not. said he has no money. Said he would send me bank statements and does not. Then says he will deliver the material and does not. Really a dishonest person.
