I am preparing a small loft apartment for sale and have a range of small repair and maintenance projects to address as follows: - 2 cupboards have sustained water damages that require plastering, painting and replacement of shelving boards. One cupboard is a small hallway utility cupboard about 50cm wide; the other is a bedroom cupboard about 150cm wide. - The water damages in the cupboards came from the bath/shower area I believe. I have resealed in the affected bathroom but would like this checked by a pro. - I’d like to replace a mixer tap in the kitchen as it is obstructing the movement of the kitchen window blinds. I’m confident there are tap designs available off the shelf that will address this. - There is a glass splashback in the kitchen that has some minor mould contamination in one corner. I’d like to see if this can be unsealed, cleaned up and resealed. - I’d like to arrange a general electrical compliance check for the house and check some wiring that has been affected by some minor roof leaks from the upstairs patio area during heavy rains. - The house geyser was replaced recently and the replacement geyser is slightly larger than the unit it replaced. The affected brick enclosure on the patio was broken on one side and left partially open as a result and I’d like to look at how this can be closed up and made neat. - There are multiple skirting boards in the house that have been eaten away by ants that need replacement. - There is evidence of some water damage to the roof paint in the master bedroom below the patio-located geyser. I’d like this checked in terms of root cause and corrected and then to repaint the affected ceiling in white. - The bathroom roof needs a repaint in white. - There are a range of minor paint touch ups to do around the house, in grey and yellow shades.

The plumbing is a leaking tap. The electrical is to replace and fit 2 light fittings in the house.

we will have to purchase the locking mechanisms and they will have to be installed. there are 9 doors in total. the doors will have to be treated.
