Feedback  In terms of the job outcome I was completely satisfied, he outdid himself. The service rate was fair. I, however, would have appreciated it more if he was quicker in his delivery. He did a brilliant job with no comebacks so on the timekeeping I will give him the benefit of doubt as a growing person who still has room to improve.
