General maintenance: Install 2 new door frames and handles. The front door by the kitchen needs a dust strip under the door itself, or attached to it somehow, to prevent dust, wind and insects coming in from the outside. The door hook/latch for the patio door on the top loft patio needs to be replaced. The diameter of the original one was 3mm. The latch is wall mounted and latches into the Aluminium door frame. It seems like all the aluminium window frames need to have the dust/foam strips replaced to prevent air/dust moving through the windows when they are closed. Mostly for the bedroom and the bathroom.

I need to build a protective enclosure for my generator. I need a concrete slab 2m long and 1m10cm wide running along an outside wall. This must be level. On 2 sides there will be a wall 90cm high. Pillars rising from the corners of the structure must hold a corrugated iron sheet over the space. The corrugated iron sheet must be fixed to the outside wall to reduce water leaking.

I took out the carpet in the room of 3m x 3m. I took it out halfway so i need someone who know to install a carpet so that he will put it back

2 bedrooms to be painted( walls and ceiling) Remove and replace cornice in 2 bedrooms Fill a crack in 1 bedroom I will provide the material (paint, primer etc)

I just need someone who knows how to use a sander, and painter, and who works neatly.

I need new lights fitted - to replace old fluorescent fittings and ceiling fans fitted. Gutters and fascia boards need repairing/replacing.
