Description  He promised to dig in my neighbors yard so that he can put water proofing on my wall, when they started digging I went out to check and they showed me the material they were going to use and how it will be applied. When I went back to check, they were doing were finishing up, I argued with them that, I don't believe that they dug all the way, they wouldn't be finished so quickly. They insisted that they did, and promised that I can call them anytime I experience problems, they'll come and fix it. Every time I call them the promise to come but never do. My wall has worsened than before.

Description  He removed tiles from.the shower, "waterproofed" and retiled it

Feedback  He communicated well before and during the job and was punctual. The job was however badly done, the shower is still leaking and the tiles were badly laid. He was.just supervising and it looked like the people that did the job were inexperienced. I send messages to report the bad job but he never came, always promising to get back.

Description  Roof leak

Feedback  Comfort did my good in winter but when it started rainy I realised that the roof and chimney are still leaking.I phoned him on several occasions so that he can come and fix the roof but to date he never came all he does is give me excuses about his car.I am not happy with his service because he doesn't keep his promises. The work he did had a 5 year guarantee and he only did the work 5 months ago.
