He built out my patio and helped to enclose it. He managed all of the work and ensured that there was always an adequate number of contractors available for each phase of the project. I've been bitten before with contractors who prioritise other jobs and leave you hanging, so this was much appreciated. I have not worked with a better contractor before or since, and have now recommended him to friends and family considering building work.
