I need a 10mX2.2m double facebrick boundary wall to be build. With concrete foundation.

The scope of work consist of the following: 1. Demolition of a 6 x 4.6m gumpole lapa with thatch roof, 2. Demolition of wall between existing lounge and lapa (this is a load bearing wall, the trusses therefore need to be propped up until the casting of the new slab is complete), 3. Building up exiting one brick walls, 4. Cut back existing roof trusses and tiles, 5. Packing and propping free issue rib and block slab, 6. Formwork to upstand beam on rib and block slab (this will support the roof trusses), 7. Cast screed on top of rib and block slab and upstand beams, 8. Remove plaster on walls of existing lounge (2 sides), 9. Plaster and paint walls and concrete soffit, 10. Electrical installation, included COC (fittings to be free issued), 11. Breaking up existing tilling in lapa and section of house, 12. Cast screed in lapa to align the floor level with existing lounge floor level, 13. Tilling, 14. Waterproofing of new roof slab
