Description  He designed and did the architectural designs of my house and went on to supervise the entire project .

Feedback  When I engaged Cornwell what I had was just a basic idea, He was the one who turned my idea into a reality. He did the design, drawings and all this he did whilst being guided by to the Council regulations of Zimbabwe where I was building the house. I was very impressed with how he proved to be experienced and skilled in construction to the extent that I made him the supervisor on the project. He was so hands-on and picked up all the mistakes from the construction team and thus the end result was perfect. Cornwell knows his job and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone.

Description  He has done a couple of architectural designs for me on my properties and another projected that I entrusted him with.

Feedback  My first encounter with Cornwell was when I was building a house and I was not happy with how it was coming out. I then engaged him to do some architectural alterations. Since that project, I have engaged him on three other different projects. I am happy with the work that Cornwell does. I am a very particular person I like doing things promptly and without mistakes and Cornwell delivers just that. Another thing that I admired about him was his professionalism, he does proper planning and communicates on his plans way before time. I am in a different industry with him but he has been making everything clear. He has become my principal architect and I rely on him.

In all the projects that I entrusted him with he was giving us some professional recommendation with valid and constructive reasons to why.
