Feedback  Day installed brick pavers on the driveway at my house. He was professional, hardworking, and knowledgeable of his work. His prices were reasonable, and he delivered quality work. He paid attention to detail and delivered accordingly. He was focused, passionate about his work, and he cleaned up after himself. I can recommend him to others.

Renovator

Description  He knocked out 2 walls to make space at my garage conversion. He did the Plumbing for the bathroom and kitchen. He installed a geyser, ceilings and did the tiles on the floor and painted the walls.

Feedback  He hired people to do the work. Their workmanship was questionable and needed to be supervised by myself. Some stuff had to be redone which took longer. The original quote and work to be completed was revised a number of times but we came to an agreement and the extra work was paid for. However I ended up cleaning the site and doing the last rubble removal on my own.It turns out all the "extra work" I paid for was not paid to the workers and caused a dispute on my property. I had to intervene and pay the balance over directly to the workers which was still short. The stress and turmoil of working with Day was unbearable! IF I HAD TO DO IT OVER AGAIN I WOULD NOT HIRE HIM AGAIN. HE IS NOT A PROFESSIONAL IN ANY SHAPE OR FORM.
