Feedback  Dennis is busy with renovations on my property, he is turning a garage into a cottage and they are almost done. I shopped around for quotes and found that his quote was the most affordable. I can definitely say that he is reliable, trustworthy and punctual because I leave him alone on my property to work and comes in the morning before we leave for our jobs. Dennis and his team clean up on a daily basis, I have seen them tidying up. He is a good listener and he does exactly what you ask him to do.

Feedback  I recently bought a very old house and needed to have renovations and alterations done to it, so I hired Dennis for the job. He renovated the main house and a cottage, the cottage was done in such a way that I would be able to rent it out to tenants and he took down a wall on the side of the main house so that I would be able to park my car without scratching it. I negotiated a few with him and he finished ahead of schedule before I had his payment. They are reliable, trustworthy and we're punctual for work, they always found me sleeping. They understood that there are children on the premises so they always cleaned and removed their trash.

Description  Plumbing

Feedback  I first met Dennis ten or twelve years ago and I have been subcontracting him for work since then. He has a team with all kinds of artisans, an electrician, plumber, tiler, literally, everything and he has done all kinds of jobs for me in houses and factories, even concrete work. I usually negotiate a price with him that suits us both because he must be able to complete the job and pay his staff. He is reliable and trustworthy, I call him, tell him what I need to be done and where then I just come through to inspect the job and what I like the most about Dennis is that he comes back immediately to fix any job that I am not happy with.
