Feedback  I like that he kept in contact and kept me in the loop most of the time but in the end I wasn't really happy with the job that they did, so he only did part of the job. He didn't completely sand the door on the inside so there was detailed vanish that wasn't removed. Also he didn't finish in the time that he specified

Feedback  Our garage door wasn't responding to the remote. He got it to work and he also picked up that the battery was finished and the light bulb, so he replaced them. He explained everything to me and broke down the price he charged. Everything was perfect, he's a great guy, very friendly and knew what he was doing.

Feedback  I have one of the tall top garage doors, not the roller door. The two guide rails, bearings and springs were getting stuck. He came in looked at it cleaned it up, replaced the wheel. We did a complete clean job and it's working perfectly. In the beginning he didn't the job because he had too much work but we told him to tell us when he is ready and he called us and came in to do everything.

Feedback  WOW, finally a tradesman who is proud and passionate about of his trade. I have never received this type of service. Johan explained to me in detail as to what caused the problem and how he was going to fix it. Not once did he criticize/mention the workmanship of the people who initially installed my door, but he rather focused on fixing it. I have and I will recommend him to anyone who has a problem with motorised gates and garage doors.

The only issue is that there aren't garage repairmen on the Kandua site so I just think more of them need to be added.I have used the platform before and always find a guy for the job but with this he had to travel and it just wasn't as smooth an interaction as other jobs I've posted.

Feedback  My garage door was stuck open fairly late in the day and he assisted to repair it by realigning the rails, and getting the motor working again, this was all for a double steel door garage. He was really outstanding and went the extra mile to assist at the time it was.

Feedback  He was efficient and professional, he wont just check what you cold him for but he will check the whole system around your garage door and advise accordingly. He even gave us advise on how to have the garage door painted so we don't have issues with it in the future. He charged me a call out fee and rate to fix the garage which I felt was fair. He has done two jobs for me and He will always be my go to guy cause I believe in his service.

Feedback  He is a very committed individual and he respects his job. His response is very fast and is reliable. Its rare that you find an artisan that would be punctual but with him you wont have that problem. He is not forward as I offered him a cup of coffee but he just wanted to get on with the job and be done. He followed a couple of days after doing the job to check if everything is still working fine and that was impressive. He charges market related rates but with the level of professionalism and perfect work he does I would not have minded to pay him anything. I have recommended him to friends and family and they are all as happy as I am.

Feedback  My gate would jam right in the middle and the technician before Johan could not fix this, but Johan was able to correct the error and replaced a part of the motor machine on the gate. What impressed me most about him is that he personally does follow up to ensure that everything is still in good working order. He charges affordable rates and he is a very friends and easy to work with guy.
