Description  Gutter cleaning

Feedback  Lawrence came to do gutter cleaning. He did not start work on time due to the weather. It was raining so he could not conduct work in that state. The good thing is when the weather was ok, he then did the gutter cleaning. I would say that he is trustworthy. Upon completion of the job, he left the place tidy. His pricing was affordable. I did not go through with his quotation before comparing. I got multiple quotes and eventually chose Lawrence. The quality of his work was very good. I am just waiting for the next rain to come so that I can confirm.

Roofer

Description  Lawrence forms part of a team of individuals each with different skills. Obey is the roofing expert on the team. Obey led my project as I required roof repair and waterproofing. All of the guys are incredibly friendly and we're very nice to work with. I did have to do my own research regarding what needed to be done in order to get things done properly but Obey and Lawrence were easy to talk to and were eager to learn. They even applied what we learnt for another client. Obey correctly diagnosed my roof problem and gave me a good overview of what needed to be done. The research I had to do related to the specific products that would be used to do it. The roof was waterproofed, broken tiles were replaced and painted. They were willing to fix problem areas I spotted. Need to wait to see if the leak is repaired as it has not rained since but I am confident everything will be fine.

Feedback  I cannot gauge his workmanship specifically as there was a team here.. There is a little paint on the brickwork around the Fisher board that was installed against the wall that should not be there... Some of the paint was applied to thickly in spots on the tiles but overall they did a great job. It is a roof and not at all an easy surface to paint. Thank you so much for assisting me.

He responded timeously, he came through and built a garage and his outcome was outstanding. Everything turned out exactly how I pictured it, he pays attention to detail and his workmanship was good. His quote can relative on the market range and I can definitely recommend his services to anyone without hesitation.

He works very well with his clients and he has good workmanship.
