Hi my shower is k waking by the supply 2.and need. To. Install new bath

The problem is basically a blocked drain. I've already tried putting acid down the drain, but it is not clearing the problem. I suspect the drain may have collapsed. There is anther drain less than 3 meters away that is working. In addition, the bath that uses the blocked drain needs looking at it was badly out in whenever the bathroom was originally fitted and repeatedly gets blocked. Also, there is a toilet that needs the flush mechanism looking at. When it flushes, it flushes very slowly and has to be repeatedly flushed to clear the waste. This is the case even when the drain is working as it should.

Someone prior installed a pressure regulator or something in the roof that restricts the water pressure to a Junior Flushmaster toilet system x 2 which then effects the ability for them to flush properly. We have changed the valves in the flushmaster but this does not make a difference to the low volume of water used to flush.
