Feedback  Louis accepted a job to fix my washing machine. Upon inspection, he advised that the PCB board was broken and needed to be replaced. Fortunately for me, he was unable to get a replacement at a reasonable cost so I requested that he return the PCB board he had removed from my machine. He put his needs ahead of my needs even though I had already paid the initial fee for him to inspect the washing machine. He would only return the board to me if he had other jobs that were available in my area. He also suggested that if I had gotten another technician to do the job, then that technician should fetch the part from his workshop in Germiston. I was sceptical from the moment he told me that the fault was with the PCB board given the online research I had done for my machine. After he returned my part I conducted further research before buying a new machine and decided to request my electrician to check the issue for me which seemed minor. My electrician checked the motor upon my request based on the research I had conducted and took it to the electrical spares shop where they found that the brushes were depleted and needed replacement. My machine is now working despite the PCB board not being replaced. I think that Louis either planned to find the most expensive route for fixing my machine or did not know what he needed to do with regards to diagnosing the real issue with my machine. Even upon my probing and suggesting that I had found different information from my online research. He responded arrogantly that my google search did not give me the correct advice and he was the professional who knew what needed to be done. I was extremely disappointed with the service that was provided by Louis. I hope that in future he try a more honest approach with his clients.

My friend referred me to a young man called Louis who had helped her with fixing her geyser. Trust me Loius is a great young man. He communicated with me effectively and promised that he will fix the microwave for me. I felt so comfortable having them around working on the microwave as from the word go, he proved that he was not taking chances but knowing what he was talking about. I would not hesitate for a second to recommend them to anyone having issues with their microwave. I feel that the price charged was worth the work they did for me.

I gave him R 3 500.00 and he told me that he is going to buy the materials and be back within 2 hours. He came back and effectively fixed my oven. I find him to be so trustworthy and reliable -it is rare to find such people these days. Based on the work they did for me, l do not hesitate to recommend them highly.
