Feedback  He gave me reasonable quote for ceiling and decided to go ahead with him. I only found out later that his quote didnt inlcude rhinolite cement even though quote said Rhinolite finish. I still decided to pay him labour charge for finishing and gave him money to buy 6 packets of cement. When I asked for the slips of cement he only showed me one cement receipt and said he threw the receipts. When I asked show me empty bags of the used cement he said he threw them as well. So I dont thinl he even bought 6 bags of cements and used only 2.
