Cost  We agreed via SMS on R 55 per m2 which is in the trade asked he choose without asking to send us an Invoice for R 950 and made us pay this amount not without telling us that for less he would not even come ...

Description  His partner / employee ? Tiled a bathroom floor and he needed to finalize in cleaning and grouting ( 8.34 m2 ) He send his Invoice even before he started the job and than it took 1 1/2 day to complete. His partner can do the tiling but he is not able to do so. The grouting was untidy at the corners and remaining grout at skirting has not been removed after we showed it to him we preferred to get the rest done by our self ...

Feedback  He issued his Invoice to us before he even started the work he choose his Option of R 950 after we had agreed to R 55 per m2 only labor , he him self is not able to manage the tiling job his grouting was untidy in some places and our skirting has not been cleaned properly. He gave us the attitude that for 8..34 m2 and this money he would not even come out and he made us pay his Invoice of R 950 for not even 9 m2 .... Well from our side this will be his last job for us that's for sure !
