Precious has done painting all around my home, from the interior and exterior, to my roof, gate and front wall. He is simply phenomenal. He is such a wonderful guy and an amazing painter. My father always said you can tell if someone is a good painter based on whether they clean their brushes, and he cleaned them at the end of each day and stored them away. He knows what he is doing and won't just start painting, he tells you what needs to be done to prepare the area you want to paint. In my case he told me that if we don't do the preparations I would be repainting within a year. He is just so honest, reliable and amazing at what he does. I don't usually refer people because they might be good at A but not so good at B, but I have referred him 12 times and everyone has been happy. He is a fantastic painter.
