He is very calm, consistent, always present, and his attention to detail is amazing. He does a clean and a neat job. I was highly impressed.

Indeed he didn’t have to be managed. In his diagnosis of the problem he pointed out a risk that might cause future problems and advised of a mitigating strategy in this regard . He executed his work meticulously. And painted that part of the roof as well. Besides being easy to talk to, he struck me as an ethical individual.
