Feedback  I was referred to Simiso to use his services. He built a house for my mother. He did a great job and he did everything from the house plans to everything. He was coming on time for the job, and he would clean every day before going home. It took him two months to finish the job. He cleared all the rubble after the job was done. He had all the tools for the job and his own transport. He was communicating well with me and he was working well with his team. I can highly recommend his services to other people.

Feedback  Simiso has done roofing at one of the PRASA stations in 3 rooms and I was overseeing. He did a very good job which was approved by PRASA. He was punctual and his prices were reasonable too. I don`t have any complaints at all over his work.

I even hired him to do plastering services for my double-story house in January. He was communicating well with me, and he had great housekeeping services. He even finished the job before the agreed-upon time. I can highly recommend his services.

I found his prices to be reasonable, and they are negotiable. He makes sure to clean up after himself when he is done with work. He is a good communicator with great workmanship.
