He had to take out the carpets first before he started with the tiling, he could have done better with the cleaning but l understand that it was a bit difficult because there was furniture in the house. He took three days to complete the work and the was the time he had agreed on. He was professional at all time and l was very happy with his service.

Description  Terrence tiled my mom’s cottage.

Feedback  I was very impressed with Terrance, he is a skilled tiler. He cut the tiles perfectly, didn’t waste or chip or crack any tiles. He used perfect symmetry and shaped the tiles around cupboards and doorposts down to the mm. He didn’t just snap off chucks and then fill it with cement! The lines are all straight and in perfect grain of the tile. Sounds like I’m OCD but tiling is a precise job. Terrance is honest and kept his word and didn’t give me the run around. His team are hardworking and efficient.

I would say his work was done professionally because I was pleased with the outcome. What I did not like about his services is that he added some stuff that was not included in the original pricing so I had to pay extra for those additional services.
