I need some repairs done to 2 sections of tiling on 2 separate walls in my rental apartment in Observatory, Johannesburg. These sections are in the bathroom, and in the separate toilet. The previous tenant did damage to these walls without informing me, and then attempted to fix it themselves. But they did a terrible job, and I need these sections stripped out, replaced and well-finished, as before. These are standard-sized bathroom tiles of 155mm x 155mm, which were painted over with a white enamel paint (I will try to get the specs and buy the matching paint for this). I estimate the area of tiling that needs to be stripped out and replaced to be under 2.25 sq. metres altogether. I have photos available.
