Silas built a house for us, it was a two-storeys with a mezzanine which was on a stand alone property. He also did renovations for us at a complex, which included preparing the floors for skreeting, removing a pillar, he took out the bathroom, kitchen cupboards, and replaced them, cornacing, and took down a wall. He has an amazing team, they are all non-drinkers and smokers, very decent people and I felt comfortable and safe with them. We had sourced multiple quotes and his quote was cheaper by quite a bit.
