The opening is 4.5 x 7.5 meters. I want the skylight pitched with glass and gutters. There skylight will be supported on the roof of the house

We have started with the renovations already, but it is incomplete. My father-in-law did it for us, but he is too occupied to finish and we are also awaiting further funding. Thus currently looking around for a reliable contractor to complete. Once started we would like it to be finished as soon as possible. We have the approved plans. 1.) Garage (we need about 3 or 4 steel poles planted in concrete + brackets against current home + timber beams + steel and/or fibre roof sheets done for extended carport. Carport to be enclosed with vibracrete - plastered + window + door fitted + floor concrete to be done) [FIT AND SUPPLY] 2.) Extention (2 additional rooms) - Concrete has been cast in the trences. - Foundation has been built out with brick, but only single wall 2nd wall to still be done [BRICKS TO BE FIT AND SUPPLIED]. - Steel framework put up and nutec boards affixed on exterior. - Floor to be compacted and slab to be cast [FIT AND SUPPLY] - Insulation to be fitted between nutec boards [FIT ONLY] - Nutec boards to be fitted on interior [FIT AND SUPPLY] - Nutec boards to be cut for windows to be fitted [FIT ONLY] - Windows to be fitted [FIT ONLY] - Electrical points to be fitted [FIT AND SUPPLY] - Roof timber structure to be completed + roof sheeting to be fitted [FIT AND SUPPLY]. - Ceilings to be fitted [FIT AND SUPPLY] - Plastering and/or scheming of ceiling and nutec walls [FIT AND SUPPLY] - Laminated flooring to be installed [FIT AND SUPPLY] - Paving to be done and vegetation and weeds to be removed completely
