Feedback  Workmanship by his guys was just terrible, like they've never patched or painted a wall before. Rework - so much rework! Eventually had to tell them to stop because they were wasting my materials in having to fix their problems. Lack of wall preparation before painting. Couldn't sand polyfilla to a smooth finish - all rippled. Painted over problem areas without preparation. Couldn't cut straight lines around window and door frames. No supervision whatsoever. Left my paint buckets open with brushes and rollers left inside. Had to eventually tell them to stop and get another contractor to fix their mistakes and complete the job. I had the workers asking me for money for taxifare, then afterwards they called me directly asking for payment. Overall, a nightmare.

He was very neat, he put plastic on the floor before he started working so that all the dirt fell on the plastic when he was drilling. The quality of his work is good, I was really happy. Synetti has a fine disposition, I could talk to him, I actually liked him. He is a good guy.

At first he quoted us for around R400/R600 there was some confusion but he ended up increasing it by R200 or so which was fine, we paid it and actually felt he had under quoted in the beginning.

Feedback  I gave them a very difficult project of installing brick like wallpaper and they did an incredibly perfect job. I then asked them to do more wallpaper installation at my wife's apartment in Victory park and the aced that too. I feel that for the great work that they do they should charge more than what they are charging now. Synetti and his brother are very trustworthy guys, in fact I left them in the house and attended to my own errands and I never had any issues. They did not require any supervision what so ever. I recommend him and his brother any time.

He is pleasant, polite, soft spoken and very neat. He comes to to do a painting job dressed in church clothing. I have my neighbors asking me to get hold of him so he can work for them currently. I feel that he charges below market related costs and I often pay him more but what ever he charges you is well with paying. He is excellent and I highly recommend him.
