Michael helped me with building services for the past 10months. He did a great job and am still happy with the services. He built 6 buildings with 2 elevators and quite a bit of steel and concrete work for a large foundation with a super structure. They were the construction manager, so they managed the whole construction. They were managing all the sub contractors, supervise all the building work and they delivered the end product to me. I paid for the material and they had to source all the materials for the tender and did all the procurement work. He was coming on time for the job. He is very organized, he had his own transport and tools for the job and his team had uniforms and the correct PPE. They did a great job and I was quite impressed that they managed to pull the project in 10 months. He had 2 cleaning teams, one was for rough cleaning where they were cleaning on weekly basis and the final team which cleaned after they were done with the work, cleaning the windows and also clearing the rubbles. He also had a safety team on site incase of emergencies. He had great workmanship and good management skills.
