Feedback  l once had a problems with my electrical prepaid box which was faulty, l couldnt light anything and Chantall came to assist me with that. She then figured out that it was a problem that needed to be fixed by the Municipality. l had to go for a week without any electricity and Chantall kept checking on me , she even offer to help with a generator until the municipality could come to us. She really takes care of her customer and for that l will definitely recommend her to other people.
