Vetted waterproofing specialists in Sandton. Book now.

Most waterproofing in Sandton is priced per m². A liquid membrane system runs about R180 to R350 per m² and torch-on about R250 to R450 per m², materials included. Stripping failed layers, fixing the screed or adding a reflective silver coat is extra, and small leak repairs usually carry a minimum call-out.

Usually only for access and working hours, but many Sandton estates also want a finished colour that matches the roofline, especially for silver coats visible from neighbouring units. Get the HOA rules first and share them with your specialist. A vetted pro will be used to working within estate requirements.

It should. Reputable specialists in Sandton give a written guarantee, typically five to ten years for a full system and shorter for patch repairs. Read what voids it, such as foot traffic or other trades drilling through the membrane, and keep the invoice somewhere safe.

Look for blistering, cracking or lifting membrane, ponding water that never drains, and damp patches or peeling paint on ceilings and walls below. Moss or plants growing on a flat roof are another sign. Catching it early usually means a repair rather than a full redo.
