I requested him to check all figures of the filter and ensure they fine, this was not done he just put sand in, then all the new sand pumped into the pool because of one finger missing an end cap, he tried to say whole housing is broken but on removal of what sand was left to put a new filter it was identified that the finger just needed to be replaced.
