He is an incompetent person with no marbiliteing skills he doesn't follow corect procedures and then your pool last a week and you have to pay a new contractor for the same work dint use him he wil cost you more money in the end .He uses cheap materials and when you call him to fix he's bad job he avoids you he is a scam artist don't trust him. He comes to your house with cheap materials and he charges you for expensive materials please , please save your self the Headache of Gerald civils and projects.
