I have 3 phase x 80 amp suupply. i am running underfloor heating and have 4 points. When I run all 4 points the mains trips from overload. I have three geysers in the house and also 2 fridges and 2 deep freezers. So i need the load analysed properly and the phases balanced so that when i use everythig there is no issue. DONT TAKE ON THIS JOB IF YOU NOT SKILLED IN THIS AND DONT HAVE THE EQUIPMENT TO TEST THE LOAD PROPERLY

One bathroom halogen lightbulb doesn't work, even though others are fine and we have replaced the bulb with a new one. Possible fault finding required? Also, we may need additional work done around the complex if service provider is good.
