Repaint lounge/dining room area with white paint (standard room size) 11. Fix laminate flooring where it is coming apart 12. Fix laminate wood strips where it is damaged 13. Check windows close properly and the handles are not loose or broken 14. Replace missing kitchen cupboard knobs and tighten loose ones 15. Anything else which is obvious and needs repairs, please include it as well.
