Hi there, We have a Defy 721-T Thermofan stove. It has two main issues: 1. The plates/burners are rusted, pitted and crumbling so need to be replaced. The two smaller plates have a 15,2cm diameter and the two larger plates have an 18,6cm diameter 2. 3 of the plastic control dials for the plates/burners are missing the metal spring inside them so don't connect properly with the their switches. They need to be replaced. The diameter of the knobs is 3,5cm. The lightbulb for the stove is also fused and needs to be replaced. Please quote me for the repair. Regards, Alex
