I sent Vincent a WhatsApp in the evening only expecting a response the next day but he replied immediately saying he had a big job the next day but would make a plan - asked for a photo of the fault/problem. He WhatsApped me and was in contact the entire day and then still called to check if after hours would be ok for us... prompt /efficient/ pleasant/ neat and tidy and sent us a bill later that evening- very professional service which is hard to find these days!! I have aways relied on Adonis enough to subcontract him most of the times when ever I was running a project. He has done a lot of plumbing work for me from pipe installations, installation of toilets just to mention but a few. He is always on time and I have never had any issues with him. He is normally quick when he does a job. His work is very good, my only problem with him is his punctuality because when he is late, he does not have the decency to at least let me know that he's running late so I actually have to follow up up with him to find out where he is. He is actually a good person, but that's the only issue I have with him.
